Chase Spencer Obituary: Pursue Spencer, child of Darke County Sheriff Toby Spencer, was killed Monday after an accident in Preble County. The accident was accounted for around 7:40 p.m. on state Route 503 south of Gratis Jacksonburg Road, as per the Preble County Sheriff’s Office.

Pursue Spencer, 35, of West Elkton, was driving a 2016 GMC pickup truck south on state Route 503 when the truck went off the correct roadside. Spencer over-remedied, making the truck go off the left half of street and afterward hit a shaft and tree, as indicated by the Preble County Sheriff’s Office.

Spencer was articulated dead at the scene.

The Montgomery County Coroner’s Office was relied upon to play out a post-mortem Tuesday.
