Bumble Tuna Death: Honey bee Foods has consented to pay $6m to settle criminal allegations in the passing of a specialist who was cooked in a stove with huge loads of fish.

Lead prosecutor Jackie Lacey said the settlement is the biggest payout in a California working environment infringement demise.

Jose Melena, 62, kicked the bucket three years back in a 270F stove at the fish organization’s Santa Fe Springs plant after an associate erroneously accepted he was in the washroom and filled a weight cooker with six tons of canned fish.
