Bob Gregg Obituary – Has died – Cause of death!

Bob Gregg Obituary – Bounce Gregg, who won 23 association titles in an aggregate of 40 seasons training football at Jefferson High School and Centerville High School, passed on Sunday at 88. One of his previous Centerville players, school football expert, and previous Ohio State quarterback Kirk Herbstreit, honored Gregg on Twitter.

Gregg, a 1951 Centerville graduate who played school football at Wilmington, started his instructing profession at Jefferson High School, where he had a record of 82-27-5 of every 12 seasons and won seven straight association titles. He additionally instructed track for 14 seasons.

Gregg won his last 29 games as lead trainer at Jefferson prior to continuing on to Centerville in 1973. His initial two groups won an aggregate of seven games, however, his next 12 groups won Western Ohio League titles.

“They didn’t figure we could win, yet I didn’t accept that,” Gregg told the Dayton Daily News in 1999. “We just needed to switch the hard-working attitude up.”
