Norman Daye Obituary – Cause of death!

Norman Daye Obituary: The Guilford County Sheriff’s Office is grieving one of its own after a delegate determined to have COVID-19 passed on Saturday. Expert Cpl. Norman Daye passed on at his home in eastern Guilford County, sheriff’s office representative Lori Poag said Sunday.

Daye was a 16-year veteran with the Guilford County Sheriff’s Office and was an associate director over the warrant crew, Poag said. He started his vocation with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office in North Carolina, as indicated by a news discharge from Guilford County Sheriff Danny Rogers.

He had been hospitalized for treatment of COVID-19 and was delivered around two days before passing on at his home, Poag said. She didn’t know which clinic it was and Daye’s age was not promptly accessible.

“Daye was a devoted and faithful Lawman who had an enthusiasm to serve his locale,” the delivery said. “Having served in the U.S. Marine Corps, Master Corporal Daye characterized public assistance and energy. He was all around regarded among his companions and the law requirement calling.”

A few people communicated sympathies on the sheriff’s office Facebook post reporting Daye’s demise.

“I was stunned and profoundly disheartened to learn of Deputy Daye’s passing,” Tom Sheppard composed. “He was a decent individual and extraordinary official. He will be remembered fondly by all who knew him. Petitions for his family.”
