As indicated by police, Erica K. Dixon was driving a 2008 Acura TL on 1-295 that evening, not long before 5:30 p.m., when the vehicle ran off the left half of the street. She was close to mile marker 25.
Agents said the Acura crossed the middle and crashed into approaching traffic, hitting a 2013 Honda CR-V.
Dixon passed on at the scene, and even though the infant was taken to VCU clinical focus, he didn’t endure his wounds.
Dixon was wearing a safety belt during the accident, and the anonymous infant was in a wellbeing seat.
