jeremy kirk obituary: 47, of Zionsville, went to his magnificent prize on September 1, 2020. He was conceived June sixth, 1973 at Hollloman Air Force Base close Alamogordo, New Mexico. Jeremy went to grade schools at Yokota Air Base close to Tokyo, Japan; Omaha, Nebraska; and Beavercreek, Ohio. After graduation from Beavercreek High School in 1991, Jeremy went to Wright State University, studied microbiology and pre-medication, and graduated in 1996. He got a grant to the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo where he graduated in June, 2002.

Dr. Kirk finished a long term residency program at St. Vincent’s Hospitals in Indianapolis where he got board affirmation in Internal Medicine and later cooperation in Hospitalist. In 2005, he helped structure the Adult Hospitalist Program at Hendricks Regional Health in Danville, Indiana and in 2017 helped structure and direct the Hospitalist Program at Witham Hospital in Lebanon, Indiana.

He is made due by his caring spouse, Gina and four cherishing youngsters; Caleb, Lillian, Hazel and Gabriel; his folks, Clyde and Sophie Kirk of Beavercreek, Ohio; sister, Lisa of Xenia, Ohio; sibling, Jeffrey of Fairborn, Ohio; Parents in law, Don and Ginny Phegley; brother by marriage, Scott Phegley; and sister in law Jana (and Jim) Piantedosi the entirety of Sullivan, Indiana alongside a few nieces, nephews, scores of companions, associates and partners. Jeremy was gone before in death by his sibling, Lonnie Kirk.

The family wishes to communicate extraordinary gratitude to Witham Health Services, Acute Rehab Medical Specialists (ARMS), Hendricks Regional Health, Life’s Journey Hospice, Pleasant View Elementary and the Zionsville Community.

Appearance administrations will be held at A.R.N. Burial service and Cremation Services on Friday, September 4, 2020 from 2-4 PM. Companions are welcome.
