Jay Kimbrough Obituary: Jay Kimbrough, a previous head of staff to Gov. Rick Perry, who filled in as delegate chancellor for the Texas A&M University System, passed on Tuesday. As per an article in The Eagle files, he was a Vietnam War veteran and had served in the Marines. He had worked with veterans’ illicit relationships in the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.

Kimbrough was employed at the A&M System in 2006 as delegate general guidance, and served in a few situations, as indicated by past Eagle stories. Notwithstanding appointee chancellor and general advice, he also functioned as an uncommon counselor to the board and break chancellor.
